Friday, May 15, 2015. My mom and I recently took a week-long trip to the Riviera Maya. In Mexico, which Scott planned as a surprise for me. I had no idea until we arrived at the airport where we were going, which was both thrilling and terrifying. It arrived fairly quickly, with a buttery pastry sitting atop a mixture of white meat chicken chunks, peas, potatoes, and carrots coated with a savoury chicken gravy.
